We work on a Proxy Partnering model, taking full operational responsibility for the prefabrication process while guaranteeing absolute protection of your intellectual property.
We specialise in advanced prefabrication of steel structures for the heavy, machine-building and mining industries. As a contract manufacturing partner (Tier 1 / Tier 2), we deliver complex machine frames, housings and process units based on our own or client-supplied documentation. Our production process covers full material preparation — from plasma and oxy-fuel cutting through to final assembly. We work with structural steel (S235, S355), fine-grain steels and abrasion-resistant grades.
Working dimensions: components up to 12 m in length and up to 6.5 t in unit weight.
Batch flexibility: large-scale one-off and prototype production, as well as repeatable contract runs.
Warranty and quality: full execution liability backed by a warranty of up to 5 years.
IP security: rigorous protection of the client's intellectual property and documentation.


Our engineering and process design office supports production at every stage. From reviewing client-supplied CAD documentation to technological optimisation for manufacturability (DFM). We analyse designs to reduce material costs, shorten machining time and eliminate assembly errors. We perform precise material nesting and prepare blanks from structural (S235, S355), fine-grain and abrasion-resistant steels, ready for final assembly.
CAD software: work in Solid Edge and AutoCAD (STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG files).
DFM optimisation: manufacturability analysis that reduces material usage and machining time.
Standards and codes: technical verification compliant with EN 1090-2 and ISO 3834-2.
IP security: full technology confidentiality and intellectual property protection (NDA).
We carry out precision machining and heat treatment of large-scale structural components and machine housings up to 12 m in length and 6.5 t in unit weight. These processes are integrated directly into the prefabrication stage, in full compliance with the execution documentation for structural (S235, S355), fine-grain (S460–S690) and abrasion-resistant grades (HBW 400/450/500).
CNC machining: precision milling, boring and drilling of complex parts on CNC and conventional machines.
Thermal processes: professional hardening, quenching and tempering, and stress-relief annealing matched to material requirements.
Dimensional stability: post-weld stress relief that eliminates internal stresses in frames and housings, preventing component distortion.
Tolerance control and certification: strict dimensional verification compliant with the execution documentation and the requirements of EN 1090 and ISO 3834-2.


We manufacture steel substructures and support elements integrated with machines, tanks and process installations, load-bearing frames, pipe racks and support structures for industrial equipment, in line with the client's execution documentation. We deliver them both as part of a larger production order and as a standalone order.
We supply steel structures and machine components to clients in Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark and Austria. To date, we have produced and delivered over 287,000 tonnes of finished structures, in full compliance with international technical acceptance procedures. Standardised documentation and certification enable smooth cooperation with foreign engineering offices without additional pre-qualification audits.
